  2. Find the order with the item you want to return
  3. Tap Any feedback on the items?
  4. Tap Issue for each damaged item
  5. Tap the appropriate response and add a note if you like

The Shipt support team and we will follow up with you via email within one day.

Please note: you have up to 7 days to report on an issue with your order.
